Security within the Menara Peninsula Hotel is taken very seriously and security guards patrol the premises 24-hours each day. Elevator carriages feature a key control ensuring that only registered guests and authorized hotel staff are able to access the guest floors. Each room has its own personally coded safe.

Food & Beverages

Open 24-hours each day, the Kafe Coleman is located adjacent to the main lobby (1st floor) and offers a wide range of local and international cuisine, with extensive buffets and an á la carte menu. Kafe Coleman also offers a small patisserie, which provides a daily supply of fresh homemade cakes, cookies and other delicacies. Located on the 5th floor, overlooking the swimming pool, the Poolside Terrace Restaurant offers a range of meals. It is also an ideal venue for private functions. Renowned for its afternoon teas, the Rumpi Lounge also offers a range of hot and cold snacks throughout the day. In the evening, enjoy a cocktail amid the sound of live entertainment.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
