World and Turkish cuisine menus are served in Gülizar Restaurant. For organic health menus, guests can visit the Hay Restaurant. Lalezar cafe is a special place that reflects the Ottoman’s charming atmosphere on the 16th floor with a wonderful view of the Asian side of the city. Delicious snacks and deserts are served at Lapis Cafe and Safir Patisserie.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 55.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
