Area information This locality is located to 14 km of Marbella, internationally well-known place by the quality and the prestige of its tourist services. This locality was born under the influence of the water. Many water canals in all the corners. Therefore it receives the affectionate name of "Source of the Coast of the Sun". The places that can be visited are: the public laundry, the church and the Arab tower. Upon the environs it agrees to visit the places of: Monte de Borroque (forest of cork trees ), the Arroyo de las Cañas o and the Cima de Concha. For great gourmets, we talked about its exquisite and ample gastronomy, for example: the chivo al ajillo, , the soup of maimones, the guiso of chicharros and the soup of tomato with chumbos. Sunday previous to the 29 of September, is the celebration dedicated to San Miguel, with a "Romería" after the mass.
