In addition to the facilities already listed, all the apartments are fitted with 2 or 4 electric hobs, a vacuum cleaner and a phone at an additional cost. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled and all beds are fitted with a duvet. Accommodation, bed and bathroom linen, 1 pillowcase per person, 2 dishcloths per apartment, cleaning kit, and end of stay cleaning (except the kitchen area and dish washing) are included in the room rate.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.60 city/tourist tax per person older than 18 years per night is not included. EUR 0.30 city/tourist tax per person between 13 and 18 years per night is not included.
