For stays of more than 7 nights, the complex provides a cleaning service once during your stay, with change of towels and bed linen.

At your arrival, please note that you should pick-up the keys of your apartment at: Apartments Islamar, C/Riofrio without number, CP 21409 Islantilla (between the municipalities of Lepe and Isla Cristina).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 5 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.  50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of arrival and is non-refundable.  A fixed amount of EUR 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7.00 per night for cots.  Up to two children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
