Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night in a baby cot.  One child from 2 to 12 years is charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
