The typical building of Epirus lx Palace is opened the year 1999. By the year 2006 the extension started and 150 new rooms will be added to existing ones at the end of September 2007.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 3 to 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 30 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
