Hotel details

Two walled gardens display some wonderful native trees and banks of Rhododendrons that create a natural habitat for many birds and wild life including Roe deer, hares, rabbits and hedgehogs that can be seen in the nearby fields. The hotel is completely non-smoking.

Food & Beverages

Top quality local produce. The hotel has its own kitchen garden and grows soft fruits, lettuce, herbs and vegetables in season. Guests can order a refreshment in the lounge before dinner or just relax in the comfortable surroundings by the real fire before being asked to the dining room. There is a good wine list with over 90 bins. The dining room is non-smoking and gentlemen are not required to wear jacket & tie for dinner.

Internet via modem is available in the business centre and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

Tax is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
