Food & Beverages

Ash is our new cafe/bar/restaurant that was opened in January 2004. It has a different ambiance to it than the hotel, but guests who prefer the traditional feel are welcome to continue to dine in our Gallery area of the hotel. Our menus use the finest of local produce prepared to order and are changed throughout the year to enable us to offer our diners quality food and superb prices. Booking recommended.

Please note: Unfortunately the hotel only has 9 car park spaces, alternative parking is recommended in the 24 hour multi storey car park (approximately 250 yards from the hotel). We apologise for this inconvenience, but it is out of our control.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
