Food & Beverages

Our staff looks forward to welcoming you 7 days a week from 07:30 until 23:30. Breakfast buffet is served from 06:30 until 10:00. Please note that our Chinese kitchen is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. The Kloster Bar Lounge is open Tuesday through Saturday from 17:00 until 00:00. Room service is available from 06:30 until 22:00 for an additional charge. Kindly note that our Bar Lounge is not accessible for disabled guests. However, we shall be glad to welcome you in our restaurant Taverne.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs CHF 25.00 per hour.  Wired internet is available in the business centre and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible at a location nearby and charges are applicable.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children from 8 to 13 years are charged CHF 35.00 per night for extra beds.  All children from 14 to 16 years are charged CHF 50.00 per night for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 60.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
