Hotel details

Our 4-star hotel is one of the few hotels in Switzerland build in the Victorian Style. No matter if Victorian or modern, our rooms are individually furnished and equipped with all comfort. Relax at the hotel bar and enjoy its Art Nouveau character. Enjoy the whirl pool, the steam bath or the sauna and think about the beautiful day you had in the breathtaking mountains of the Bernese Oberland. Take a cold shower and relax on a deck-chair. You will feel revitalized and ready for a wonderful evening.

Food & Beverages

A balanced 4-course menu, combined with selected delights from all over the world, is served from the middle of May until the middle of October. You can also enjoy a cocktail or a night cap in the hotel bar.

This hotel is partly suitable for disabled guests (5 steps to the entrance doors).

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and costs CHF 15.00 per hour.

Free Public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
