The hotel features 7 conference rooms, capable of accommodating up to 400 people. The charming and unique baroque parlour dates from 1883. All the conference rooms are equipped with thoroughly modern technology. Another highlight of the hotel is the new "Europe tunnel", which links the hotel lobby to the car park and the train station. We are looking forward to welcoming you at our newly renovated lobby and reception area. Also our newly designed "Europa Bar" offers you the best ambiance for a nice and relaxing time. Our offer extends from classic over exclusive to modern, from the first coffee in the morning to the After Dinner Drink late at night.

Food & Beverages

The hotel's Europastueberl is the best known restaurant in town, offering the finest in traditional Tyrolean cuisine. The cosy restaurant has wood panelled walls, sourced from the forests of South Tyrol. The owner and his family are always on hand to meet their customers.

Due to renovation works, the sauna and steam bath will be closed until mid-December.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 16.80 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children from 0 to 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 7 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 75.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
