Area information

Friends of horseback riding will find the indoor and outdoor riding arena "Reitarena Igls" right next door. Hiking trails start directly at the front door. For skiers there is the new Olympia-Express chair lift just 275 m. away. Directly across the road is a lift for beginners.

Travel information

A12: Take the "Innsbruck-Mitte" exit and follow the direction "Aldrans/Lans". In Lans: Turn left at the Hotel "Wilder Mann" and follow the road sign "Reitarena". Hotel Roemerhof is on your right about 50 meters from the Reitarena. Coming from South "Brennerautobahn A13": Exit 7 „Patsch/Igls“.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.85 city/tourist tax per person older than 15 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All children under 10 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 11 to 15 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
