The Hotel Rappensberger offers a relaxed and refined atmosphere. In this former brewery building, we welcome guests from all over the world. We offer a variety of room categories to suit the individual wishes and requirements of our guests. For those wishing to combine business with pleasure in Ingolstadt, the hotel provides 4 seminar and meeting rooms of different sizes. All rooms are air-conditioned, benefit from natural daylight, are equipped with the latest in conference technology, and lend themselves well to seminars, meetings, parties and events of all kinds.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
