The wide sandy beach, very much appreciated, the dunes and the marina can be reached by car in 5 minutes. For more than a 100 years situated in the old part of IJmuiden, which is 30 minutes by car from Schiphol airport and Amsterdam centre, and within walking distance of the fishing harbour, valued throughout, the locks and around the corner from the passenger terminal. Augusta Hotel has been extended and renovated but the authentic style of 100 years ago has been kept. Hotel the hotel has 25 nice rooms, and above all, with all modern comforts. In combination with its beautiful restaurant, valued throughout, the cosy bar and the 'Herenkamer' with open fire and library, the hotel is the place to be! Also for business purposes.
