All apartments have a kitchen area equipped with 2 hotplates, an electric coffee-maker and a vacuum cleaner. A phone is available at an additional cost. All the apartments feature a balcony with garden furniture.

Hotel details

Apartment rates include flat-screen TV. For minimum stays of 2 to 6 nights, the apartment rates include made beds upon arrival, bathroom linen and an end-of-stay cleaning service. Check-in is possible from 11:00 and check-out service is until 18:00. Guests can also choose the Baby Kit that can be requested before arrival. It will provide the apartment with a folding baby cot with 1 sheet and a highchair.

A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable following an inventory upon departure. From the 4 April 2009 to the 14 November 2009 the opening hours will be as follows: Saturday - 08:00 to 20:00 Sunday to Friday - 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00. Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside these hours.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.84 city/tourist tax per person older than 17 years per night is not included.  EUR 0.42 city/tourist tax per person between 4 and 17 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
