Area information Take time to walk around the historic town of Theodor Storm and visit the many museums in direct vincinity. Boat trips from Husum and Nordstrand take you to Halligen and the beautiful islands Föhr, Amrum and Sylt. Watch seals upon the shores from the boat. The towns of Schleswig with its beautiful cathedral and Flensburg are only a short distance away by car. Cross the borders into Denmark and Holland for a day trip.
