Please be aware that if you are planning to stay for 24 December, an additional fee of USD 50 per person is obligatory in the event of the Christmas Gala Dinner. On 31 December, an additional fee of USD 50 per person is also obligatory for the New Year Gala Dinner.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  Up to two children from 6 to 14 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
