The nature and the freshness of our Ardennes smell good. Visitors appreciate the hotel, valued throughout, "the beam along the Ourthe". Our institution answers the specific needs of the demanding seminarians who absolutely need work, highly regarded, change of scenery, relaxation, service and low-cost budget. Here the contact with the nature is intense. As far as the housing is concerned, valued throughout, we have 300 rooms, which is with TV and telephone, at our disposal : We can welcome groups of 800 persons.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.40 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 8.00 per person. Buffet breakfast costs EUR 3.50 per child under 11 years.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.20 per night and person for cots. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
