An extended Edwardian House with 16 rooms and bungalow annex of 14 rooms. Visitors appreciate the hotel is conveniently situated only five minutes from Gatwick Airport. Long term car park available on the premises per day. Family run set in half-acre garden. A taxi is GBP 5. We have a free phone courtesy pick up point at the airport, valued throughout, available from 9:00am - 11:00pm, which runs every 30 minutes on the hour & half hour when requested. Horley Town Centre is a five minute walk away and offers Indian, highly regarded, Italian, Spanish & Chinese food, pizza, fish & chips and four pubs. 00 outside of these hours. Unfortunately, very much appreciated, the guest house does not have a lift. Evening meals are not provided, valued throughout, but guests are invited to use our Conservatory dining room for take-aways.

Address 39 Massetts Rd, Near Gatwick Airport RH6 7DT Horley		Travel information Via the M25, take junction 7 towards the M23 to Gatwick. Via the M23, take junction 9 to Gatwick. After passing the first roundabout (South Terminal), take the fourth exit on A23 towards Horley/Redhill. When you approach set of traffic light on roundabout, take the last exit, still following the A23 for Horley. At next set of traffic lights, turn right towards Horley into Massetts Road. After 500 yards, Gainsborough Lodge will be on your right.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 3.50 per night and person for cots. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
