Payment Information: Check-in at our hostel group's Main Reception Office: Block A, 3rd Floor, Chung King Mansion, 36-44 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Please print out your booking confirmation sheet and check-in with your name. We will have your name and confirmation number on a list of paper. When we have verified your name and number, you need to pay the entire cost of your stay. Then you will easy to check-in and get in your room. You are advised to retain your booking information upon arrival in Hong Kong and present it only to staff members at the above address. Please be aware of fraudulent staff members on the street and be careful not to supply them with any money or booking details. Please call the hotel immediately to confirm your arrival at Hong Kong International Airport, before you collect your luggage, and you will be directed to the easiest route to the hotel. A deposit of 20 % of the total reservation is required at time of booking for bookings for more than one room.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs HKD 300.00 per day.

By Plane: Our hostel is about 30 minutes from the airport via the shuttle bus or A21 airport bus, which stops right outside.

Area information

Within walking distance from our hostel, you will find the Star Ferry, the Avenue of Stars on the waterfront, the Hong Kong Space Museum and the Hong Kong Cultural Centre, as well as Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station and the KCR Terminal areas.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

VAT is not applicable.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged HKD 200.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
