Located by the pool-side is the original "House on stilts" of Muong People - the second largest ethnic group of Vietnamese living in the North of Vietnam. Meals can be served here for requests in advance. Then there is First Restaurant, Vietnamese Restaurant- "Pho Nuong De Nhat", "Korean House Restaurant" and Japanese snack bar.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  5 % service charge per room per night is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Breakfast costs USD 5.50 per child under 10 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged USD 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
