There are 5 meeting and conference rooms, as well as a superb ballroom, which caters for up to 150 guests. The Sun Hotel hosts weddings and parties, with a coordinator to assist you with your every need.

The hotel does not take pets (except guide dogs).

Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
