A haven of peace and serenity, valued throughout, nestling in four acres of wooded parkland, at the foot of The Knoll. Non-smoking rooms only. The elevated position beneath the ancient hill fort of Brent Knoll, and above all, gives outstanding views and a sense of being 'away from it all'.

Address Hill Lane, Brent Knoll TA9 4DF Highbridge		Travel information Exit m5 at Junction 22. At the roundabout, turn right onto a38 (signposted for Bristol, Cheddar, Brent Knoll). Within 400 yards, turn left into Brent Knoll. Continue through village for approximately 3/4 of a mile until a slight bend. Turn right and then left, approximately 200 yards, following brown tourist signs to Woodlands, which is approached via its own driveway on the right.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All further older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
