Hotel details

The garden area is 26,870 m² in size. There are 8 lifts to 4 floors. There are 3 outdoor swimming pools, an indoor swimming pool and 4 children’s pools. The waterslides are open from May to October. We have a medical room with a doctor in attendance and first aid facilities. We also feature a disco, open-air theatre, Greek Orthodox Church and an art gallery, as well as a shopping arcade, photographer, florist and a late departure room.

Food & Beverages

There are 4 restaurants, which serve an American breakfast buffet, lunch buffet and dietary menus. There are also 5 bars.

Internet

Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

9 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for cots.  All children under 12 years are charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All further older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 4.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
