Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

9 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Full English breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per person.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All further older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
