Breakfast and dinner are served in buffet style. The opening times of restaurants and bars are as follows: Main Restaurant (07:00 - 10:00 and 18:30 to 21:00) Self-Service Restaurant (10:00 - 16:00) Pizzeria (12:00 - 22:00) Bar & Restaurant (10:00 - 18:00) Children's Restaurant (18:30 - 20:00) Pergola Tavern (19:00 - 01:00) Panorama Bar (18:00 - 01:30) Pool Bars (10:00 - 18:00) Night Club (22:30 - 01:30) Please kindly note that drinks are not included in the price. Suitable clothing must be worn in all restaurants, bars and night clubs, shorts and bathing suits cannot be worn.

Please note that the room rate is set on an all-inclusive basis.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

9 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  0.5 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children from 7 to 13 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 35 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
