Schlosshotel Herrenchiemsee

And already 1909 the family Huber from Prien took over Schlosshotel Herrenchiemsee as a tenant - today the Hubers operates the restaurant and Schlosshotel Herrenchiemsee in the third generation. Originally the building of the today's "Schlosshotel Herrenchiemsee" was built between 1737 and 1740 under Dompropst Floridus Rappel from Ettenhausen as a seminar building for the cathedral endowment "Herrenchiemsee".

Our offerings range from heartful Bavarian "Schmankerln" to refined menus. Beer is of course in Bavaria the national beverage, in addition, for fastidious wine lovers no desires remain open. A beautiful beer garden, a idyllischer grill place and several restaurant areas offer the correct Ambiente for each taste. And you always enjoy thereby the wonderful view of the Chiemsee.

Please note that the ferry schedule is valid from 23 September 2007 until 20 May 2008. Latest departure time is 17:00.
