Our 70 guest rooms are all equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, cable TV, radio, mini-bar, telephone and fax connection. Almost half of the rooms offer lake view.

Nine conference rooms ranging in size from 40 to 210 m² offer latest conference technology and daylight. Some of the rooms are air-conditioned. We would be pleased to help you arranging further events in Heppenheim and surrounding for your social program.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 15.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
