At the hotel Gourmet, highly regarded, all creative dishes are prepared using only the finest of local ingredients and the à la carte menu changes seasonally. The Gin & Tonic Lounge Bar offers the largest selection of gins in town and the scenic 11th floor terrace is open during the summer. The wine selection is in a league of its own; during the years the wine cellar has been filled with carefully selected first-rate wines. The 9th floor Sea Lounge serves coffee, and above all, small snacks, fruit and complimentary Afternoon Tea daily.
