If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.07 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 10.00 per person.  Breakfast is free of charge for children up to 4 years.  Breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years are charged EUR 10.00 per stay for cots.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
