Address Hellendoornsebergweg 8 7447 PA Hellendoorn		Travel information From Amsterdam: A1 towards Hengelo until exit Hellendoorn/Rijssen (exit 28). Then follow signs to Rijssen, Nijverdal/Hellendoorn and Avonturenpark. From Leeuwarden: Via N32, A28 towards Zwolle. Exit Zwolle Noord (exit 20) and then N35 towards Nijverdal/Almelo. Then follow signs to Hellendoorn and Avonturenpark. From Groningen: A28 towards Hoogeveen. At intersection Hoogeveen take N48 towards Ommen. Then follow signs to Nijverdal/Hellendoorn and Avonturenpark. From Breda: A27 towards Utrecht, A28 towards Amersfoort and 1 towards Hengelo until exit Hellendoorn/Rijssen (exit 28). Then follow signs to Rijssen, Nijverdal/Hellendoorn and Avonturenpark. From Avonturenpark Hellendoorn: After about 100 metres towards the centre of Hellendoorn, take a right onto Hellendoornsebergweg. After about 700 metres, Hotel restaurant De Uitkijk will be on your right. Note In the summer, a detour to the Avonturenpark is set out in Nijverdal. You can ignore this and just follow the regular (ANWB) road signs.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.13 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
