Area information

There are lots of wonderful destinations around Heidelberg, i.e. Schwetzingen with its unique baroque castle, Speyer with its world famous cathedral, or explore the picturesque valley of the Neckar with the bike or on a boat. Also don’t miss the theme park “Märchenparadies” on the mountain Königstuhl. Your kids will love it!

Travel information

Arriving by car: At the motorway junction Heidelberg drive on the highway 635 towards Heidelberg. Follow the hotel route B towards Altstadt/Schloss, passed the train station and onto the Adenauerplatz (with a big fountain). Turn left into the Sophienstrasse and the at next street right. Then take an immediate left into the St. Anna Gasse (it’s a small street, be careful not to miss it). Underground parking only 100 metres away from the hotel. Arriving by train: At the main train station you can take the bus 34 or 41 until Bismarckplatz. From there walk to the Hauptsraße (it’s in the pedestrian area) and after approx. 100 meters turn right.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
