In the Executiive Rooms, the air conditioning guarantees additional comfort. There are 170 parking places at your disposal, right in front of the hotel.

Plan your event here! Our 6 fully air-conditioned meeting rooms with plenty of daylight and state of the art conference technology provide the setting for a perfect meeting. The experienced banquet team will professionally help you to organize your conference, seminars or private celebrations. For relaxation, our spa area offers a sauna, solarium and gym as well as the Physiotherm Infrarot Fit&Health cabin, all available for use from 06:30 until 22:00.

Food & Beverages

Our service and kitchen team welcomes you from 06:30 in the morning with a large breakfast buffet which is lovingly prepared and includes everything you might desire for a perfect start to the day as well as a variety of organic food. From 12:00 onwards Monday through Friday you will find our lunch buffet, and on sunday, we serve a Prosecco brunch from 12:00 to 14:30 for those who prefer to stay in bed a little longer. In the evening our team in the Erich Kraft gallery awaits you for a delicious dinner, after which our barkeeper will gladly mix your favourite cocktail.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
