The hotel is centrally located. Only a 4 minutes walk away from the main railroad station. 10 minutes distance to the old part of town and congress hall. From Direction Frankfurt: Highway A5, exit Heidelberg, Right lane - Hotelroute B. Pass the mainstation, the hotel is located 200 m. on the right. From direction Karlsruhe: A5 exit Heidelberg/Schwetzingen, direction centre (ca. 2 km) over the Montpellierbridge, 2nd. traffic light left into Kaiserstrasse. By train: Hauptbahnhof (main trainstation) main exit, 150 m direction centre (Innenstadt), right into Kaiserstrasse.

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
