All rooms are fully en suite, double glazed and centrally heated.

Hotel details

The B&B kindly request that you state your estimated time of arrival in the 'guest's special requests' section on booking. Smoking is only permitted outside the building. Please note that the B&B does not accept children under the age of 12 years. The B&B does not pre-authorise credit cards as a deposit is required to secure your reservation. All bookings are subject to the Lodge’s terms and conditions.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 15.00 will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.  Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 12 years are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
