Modern 3-star hotel with 184 bedrooms. The hotel has air conditioned rooms (standard rooms do not have air conditioning), large family rooms and bedrooms for disabled guests on request.

Hotel details

The shuttle bus service to/from Heathrow leaves outside terminals 1, 2, 3 and 5 at an additional cost (prices are subject to change). The Heathrow Hoppa starts at 05:00 from the hotel and runs at intervals of 35 to 40 minutes. The last pick up from the airport in Arrivals is at 22:45 from Terminal 3. The bus number is H8. The bus number for Terminal 5 is H58.

Food & Beverages

Seasons Restaurant is a modern, open plan restaurant offering international cuisine and an à la carte selection. It is open for buffet breakfast and dinner only. An extensive bar menu is available all day in Seasons Bar. Breakfast is served from 06:30 until 10:00, and dinner is served from 18:00 until 22:15.

Group Bookings Policy: Group bookings of 10 rooms or more are subject to pre-payment. On confirmation of booking, 50% of the deposit is required. The final balance is to be paid 14 days prior to arrival. Full cancellation policy and charges will be advised direct to guests by the hotel.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 7.50 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs GBP 6.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 14 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 12.50 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2. 

Groups

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
