Seasons Restaurant is a modern, open plan restaurant offering international cuisine and an à la carte selection. It is open for buffet breakfast and dinner only. An extensive bar menu is available all day in Seasons Bar. Breakfast is served from 06:30 until 10:00, and dinner is served from 18:00 until 22:15.

Group Bookings Policy: Group bookings of 10 rooms or more are subject to pre-payment. On confirmation of booking, 50% of the deposit is required. The final balance is to be paid 14 days prior to arrival. Full cancellation policy and charges will be advised direct to guests by the hotel.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 7.50 per 24 hours.

Travel information

The Hoppa shuttle bus picks up outside of terminals 1, 2 and 3. Catch the Hotel Hoppa H8 service to the hotel. The Shuttle service operates regularly between the hotel and terminals 1, 2 and 3. The first service from the hotel is at 04.00am and the last bus from the airport is 11.38pm. Two children aged between 5 and 15 may travel free with each paying adult. Children under 5 travel free. For terminal 5, the shuttle operates from the hotel from 4.20am through to 11.40pm at 40 minute intervals.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 14 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 12.50 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
