Rooms include electronic door security and spy hole, trouser press and hair dryer. The house and grounds can also be hired exclusively for private or corporate events including weddings. There are 19 meeting and private dining rooms, plus access to marquee sites for outside events or hospitality.

Food & Beverages

Breakfast and lunch are buffet services, with freshly cooked dishes often using ingredients from The Elvetham Estate. Dinner is a more leisurely occasion with a choice of three from each course. Cheese is always available additionally. Tea and coffee is included in the price.

Wired internet is available in some hotel rooms and costs GBP 10.00 per 24 hours.  Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and costs GBP 10.00 per 24 hours.

Free Private parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
