Please note private receptions/dinner parties (with discos until midnight) sometimes take place in the hotel, particularly at weekends and in December until 01:00. Guests are still welcome to use the bar lounge and have dinner in the dining room (which is in a separate area of the building). Quieter bedrooms are available on request. The hotel is completely non-smoking.

Food & Beverages

An elegant dining room offering both traditional English and Continental dishes, all produced with the freshest ingredients. If you'd like to dine in our restaurant, we recommend that you contact us to book a table. We serve from 19:00 with last orders usually taken around 20:00/ 20:15.

The latest check-in time is 10:00. After this time the reception desk is not manned. Dogs are permitted on request. A charge of GBP 10 per dog per stay will be made.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 50.00 will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of GBP 50 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years are charged GBP 7.50 per night and person when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 7.50 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
