All of the rooms are located on the first and second floor and are decorated to a very high standard. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, with all the modern comforts and facilities you need in a restful, relaxing base. Whether you are exploring the region as a tourist or visiting the area on business, the comfortable, peaceful rooms provide a relaxing haven. All of the rooms are furnished and decorated to a high standard, with a level of comfort and cleanliness that discerning guests expect. Guests have access to their rooms at all times, allowing them to come and go as they please.

Food & Beverages

Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 08:30 weekdays, and from 08:00 to 09:00 on weekends and public holidays. We are 'deliciouslyorkshire' members, promoting local fresh produce for breakfast.

The latest check-in is 22:00. Check-in after 22:30 will not be accepted as the hotel does not have a night porter. The hotel regrets that it cannot accommodate children under 12 years old.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
