Restaurant La Perche Hotel Baars has a refined an attractive restaurant where, by Dutch tradition, delicious fish- and meat dishes are served. In Restaurant La Perche you will feel right at home, while being pampered by our staff. Café / Bar The popular café is decorated in the style of Jugendstil and has its terrace located directly on the beautiful square of the 14th century Grote Kerk church. The café is open to all visitors who fancy a drink in the warm atmosphere of this elegant setting. As from 2009, you will be able to enjoy our heated terrace and sit out, even if the weather is not so warm.

Area information Harderwijk is uniquely situated town in the centre of the Netherlands, between the lakes and the Veluwe-massif. It is surrounded by nature, with forests, meadows and heath, giving the hotel guest the opportunity to choose from a wide range of leisure activities like cycling, hiking, horse riding, playing tennis, renting a boat etc. It is also possible to relax in a sauna or beauty resort in the surroundings. Within a radius of 15 kilometres you will find 4 golf courses with a NGF-status (Dutch Golf Federation). The Dolfinarium (dolphin zoo) is at just 350 metres from the hotel and the nice boulevard is the ideal starting point for making a trip by boat on the lakes. Travel information By Car: - From the A28 motorway between Zwolle and Amersfoort, exit Ermelo/Harderwijk West. - Coming from Zwolle, turn right at the traffic lights. If coming from Amersfoort, turn left. - You will pass a railway station with the railway station on your left-hand side. - At the next crossing, go straight ahead. - Pass the next crossing with the SNS-bank at the corner and continue driving straight. - At the right side of this road, you will find Hotel Baars. - From the Flevopolder, head across the Knardijk. - At the first traffic lights, proceed straight ahead and at the 2nd set of traffic lights, head to the right. - At the roundabout, drive straight ahead and at the next crossing with traffic lights, continue driving straight ahead. - You will now arrive at a crossing, where you have to turn right. - Pass the next crossing with the SNS-bank at the corner and continue driving straight. - At the right side of this road, you will find Hotel Baars.

Hotel policies

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night for cots. All children from 3 to 12 years are charged EUR 13.50 per night for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 23.50 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
