Our location is convenient for walking to the shopping areas, the best local restaurants and various banks. We're close to the central business district, major corporations and the famous Water Puppet Theatre.

Travel information

Noi Bai Airport is 40 km from here and takes 40 minutes by taxi or minibus. Gia Lam Bus Station (for Halong, Hai Phong, Lang Son…) is 4 km away or 15 minutes by taxi or xe om (rented motorbike with driver). Luong Yen Bus Station (for Hai Phong and Lang Son only) is 2.5 km away - 10 minutes by taxi or xe om. Hanoi Railway Station (for Hue, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Saigon and Sapa ) is 1 km from the hotel or 7 minutes by taxi or xe om.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  5 % service charge per room per night is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
