Hotel details

Please contact the hotel in advance if you intend to arrive outside the reception’s regular hours. Guests paying by credit card are subject to a surcharge of 3% on the overall fee.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 7 to 14 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
