Arriving by car: Take the A7 motorway and exit at Stellingen, heading for the city centre. At the first junction head towards Hagenbeck Zoo. After approximately 1.5 km turn left into Hugh-Greene-Weg (entrance to NDR television station). Arriving by rail: From the main railway station take the U2 underground line towards Niendorf and get out at the Hagenbecks Tierpark station. Arriving by plane: Take bus number 39 towards Teufelsbrück and get out at the Hagenbecks Tierpark stop.

The hotel is located in the north-west of Hamburg, close to Hagenbeck Zoo and the NDR television studios. A variety of shops can be reached from the hotel with ease. The Hagenbecks Tierpark underground station (on the U2 line) can be found across the road from the hotel, enabling you to reach the congress centre in just 10 minutes, the Jungfernstieg in 13 minutes and the main railway station in 15 minutes. Right in front of the hotel you will find a bus stop. The nearby road, Kieler Straße, takes you to the city centre and the Stellingen motorway exit gives you easy access to the A7 motorway towards Kiel/the Baltic coast or to Hanover. The A23 motorway towards Heide/the North Sea can also be accessed via this exit, as can the A1 motorway towards Bremen. The bus number 39 provides a direct link to Fuhlsbüttel Airport.
