The 170 rooms and suites are modern and comfortably furnished, fully-air conditioned and most of the rooms offer a fantastic view of the river and the picturesque environment. The hotel rooms are equipped with a state-of-the-art communication system which offers internet access and PayTV. Free high-speed internet access is available in all rooms and free wireless LAN access is available in all public areas. Next to the standard rooms, the hotel also offers superior and executive rooms, as well as junior suites. For long-stay guests, the hotel has 5 apartments with kitchenette and also offers rooms with connecting doors for families.

Our 170 rooms and suites offer all amenities you expect from a first class hotel and most of them offer a fantastic view of the River Elbe. The 5 function rooms for up to 250 people have natural daylight and can be combined in many ways. BRANCHE Restaurant, Bar & Lounge spoils our guests with culinary specialities and the wellness area on the 6th floor with sauna, solarium, latest fitness equipment and relaxation area, leaving no wish unfulfilled.

Food & Beverages

BRANCHE is a comfortable restaurant, bar and lounge, all incorporated in the same area. Beautifully designed and offering good quality food and drinks at competitive prices. Enjoy the informal and relaxed atmosphere whilst light jazz and lounge music plays in the background. During the summer you can enjoy your meal on our terrace which is located right at the waterfront and offers a beautiful view of the river.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 7.50 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 16.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
