Rooms

An extension has been added to the former outbuilding next to the main hotel complex, and individual rooms and suites have been built. All rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and are very comfortable. Warm colours, noble woods and high-quality drapery give the rooms a cosy and elegant ambience. A few of the rooms also feature a wonderful view over the River Elbe.

Food & Beverages

The Seven Seas gourmet restaurant lies at the heart of the hotel. The cuisine on offer is classically French and influenced by the diversity of the seven seas. During the summer time you can dine out of doors on the gourmet terrace, whilst admiring the beautiful view over the River Elbe. The restaurant has been awarded a Michelin-Star. The terrace bistro will delight you with its comfortable yet classy ambience. Savour meals from a diverse menu in the unique setting of the River Elbe. The Transatlantic-Lounge offers guests the chance to enjoy a drink in quiet surroundings, or it can also be used as a conference or banqueting room.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 16.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
