We offer our guests a high level of comfort and excellent service. Our guest rooms are luxurious and feature wide beds with newly designed mattresses. Bathrooms are fitted with marble and feature a bidet.

The Grand Elysée's indoor boulevard features exclusive shops, 6 restaurants, bars, cafés, an art gallery and a florist. You will also find a concierge desk and a car rental desk here. The Elyseum Wellness & Spa area offers a heated indoor swimming pool, a jacuzzi, Kneipp facilities, a range of saunas, diverse showers and a Roman steam room. Massages, cosmetic treatments and a solarium are also available here. Guests can relax outdoors on one of the 3 wind-sheltered terraces, or unwind in the bright Glaspavillon conservatory. The Grand Elysée's fitness room features state-of-the-art fitness equipment, a flat-screen TV and audio entertainment. Modern conference and function rooms are also available. The Elysée Kindergarten nursery is available for children up to school age. The nursery is open on Mondays, from 07:15 until 17:00, and from Tuesday to Friday, from 07:15 until 18:30. On Saturdays, the nursery is available on request, and on Sundays it is closed. Please note, the Elysèe Kindergarten is only with costs.

Food & Beverages

Along the lively Boulevard are the hotel’s 6 restaurants. Le Parc Open daily from 06:30 until 10:30, enjoy the hearty breakfast buffet at this Parisian-style café. There are 2 buffets in the middle of the café and an open kitchen where the cooks prepare your choice of eggs before your eyes. Boulevard Café Right at the heart of the Boulevard, this is where people come to meet, relax and watch the world go by. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere over a croissant breakfast, a small snack, or a coffee and cake speciality. Bourbon Street Bar This bar is a good place to begin your evening. With the flair of the southern states and New Orleans jazz playing, this bar welcomes guests to linger. Daily live music adds to the bar’s atmosphere. Brasserie Flum In this restaurant, enjoy the French love of food with a typically Parisian flair. Oyster Bar The Oyster Bar is a social meeting point with exquisite seafood, sparkling champagne, wine and beer. Piazza Romana Enjoy the fine Mediterranean cuisine of Emilia-Romagna, accompanied by the best Italian wines.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast costs EUR 20.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 60.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
