The spacious guest rooms, suites and lofts feature free-standing king-size beds, functional technological facilities, and luxurious bathrooms (either shower or large bath) as well as a WC. The safe has an integrated socket so that you may charge your laptop while storing it securely. The satellite TV channel Premiere is available in your room. Wireless LAN is provided free of charge.

The star architect and designer, Jordan Mozer, created something special when redecorating this former iron foundry. The former factory walls were combined with an extraordinary and modern design. The East Sporting & Spa is the heart and soul of the club – a spacious and bright room with a large glass façade. An exclusive spa area with a plunge pool, luxurious showers as well as special saunas and steam baths, is a great place to relax. The fitness suite boasts 24 television channels and an integrated flat screen. From 01 September 2008 you have to pay to use the East Sporting & Spa. Guests can also book various massage and cosmetic treatments at the Mandarin Body and Soul. There are 3 treatment rooms and 2 massage areas. Hotel guests enjoy free use of the Finnish sauna (ca. 80°), adjoining sun terrace and relaxation area. The 'East Private Cinema' presents blockbusters and classical films on selected days during the week.

RESTAURANT EAST - This restaurant occupies the former cellar of an iron foundry, and will win you over with its successful combination of historical architecture and modern interiors. The open atrium-like architecture and various levels provide a wonderful feeling of spaciousness. Next to the restaurant, you find an idyllic, leafy inner courtyard. Europe meets Asia in this top-class restaurant which combines different styles of cuisine. Come and sample the creative cuisine of the chef. SMIRNOFF LOUNGE - Decorated in classical Hamburg brick, this spacious and stylish lounge attracts guests with its ambience, which make it the perfect location for relaxing and taking it easy. Smoking is allowed. LOUNGE N° TEN - This bar can be hired for parties of up to 50 people and offers views of the East Ensemble. Comfortable and relaxed private lounge. YAKSHI'S BAR - Distinctive bar offering an extensive drinks menu of over 250 beverages, including fine wines and champagnes. It is a popular destination for business people, cosmopolitan city types, celebrities, party people and after-work clubbers. DEDON ISLAND - This is an outdoor bar and lounge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.  American breakfast is not included and costs EUR 17.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
