The spacious, innovative rooms, suites and lofts of the East Hotel feature king-size beds, state-of-the-art technological facilities, and luxurious bathrooms (with either a shower or a large bath). The safe has an integrated socket so that you can charge your laptop while storing it securely. The satellite TV channel, Premiere, is provided free of charge and complimentary internet access is available in all rooms.

The star architect and designer, Jordan Mozer, created something special when redecorating this former iron foundry. The former factory walls were combined with an extraordinary and modern design. The East Sporting & Spa is the heart and soul of the club – a spacious and bright room with a large glass façade. The exclusive spa area with a plunge pool, luxurious showers as well as special saunas and steam baths, is a great place to relax. The fitness suite boasts 24 television channels and an integrated flat-screen television. Use of the East Sporting & Spa facilities is not included in the room price. Guests can also book various massage and cosmetic treatments at the Mandarin Body and Soul. There are 3 treatment rooms and 2 massage areas. Hotel guests enjoy free use of the Finnish sauna (ca. 80°), adjoining sun terrace and relaxation area. The East Private Cinema presents blockbusters and classic films on selected days during the week.

RESTAURANT EAST - This restaurant occupies the former cellar of an iron foundry, and boasts a successful combination of historical architecture and modern interiors. The open atrium-like architecture and various levels provide a feeling of spaciousness. Next to the restaurant, you find an idyllic, leafy inner courtyard. Europe meets Asia in this top-class restaurant which combines different styles of cuisine. The popular sushi counter is renowned for being one of the most popular venues in Hamburg. SMIRNOFF LOUNGE - Decorated in classic Hamburg brick, this spacious and stylish lounge is the perfect location for relaxing. Smoking is allowed. LOUNGE N° TEN - This comfortable and relaxed private lounge bar can be hired for parties of up to 50 people and offers views of the East Ensemble. YAKSHI'S BAR - Distinctive bar offering an extensive drinks menu of over 250 beverages, including fine wines and champagnes. DEDON ISLAND - This is an outdoor bar and lounge. Breakfast is available Monday to Friday, between 06:30 and 11:00. On weekends and national holidays you can enjoy it from 07:00 right up until 14:00.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast costs EUR 17.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
