The hotel offers a selection of spa facilities such as a sauna and a solarium. Guests can also take advantage of the hotel’s in-house beauty, hairdressing and massage services. In addition to the hotel’s facilities, guests will benefit from free entry to the Elixia Health and Wellness centre in Langenhorn. The Elixia centre is a 10-minute drive away. Maps with local jogging and hiking routes are available from the hotel reception.

Food & Beverages

On Sundays, you can enjoy a late breakfast from 10:30 until 15:00 (on request, this service is also available on public holidays). All restaurants offer fine Mediterranean and German cuisine as well as seasonal specialities. Much emphasis is placed on the freshness and quality of the ingredients. The non-smoking Alsterkrug restaurant is open from 12:00 until 22:00. During summer months, guests can enjoy their meal in the Alsterkrug garden restaurant and lounge. The Bierstube smokers' restaurant is open from 12:00 until 24:00. Warm food is available until 22:00. The Kost-Bar treats you to international spirits, cocktails and wines from 12:00 until 01:00.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 14.00 per 24 hours.

Free public parking is possible on site.  Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10.00 per day.

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

American breakfast costs EUR 17.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 39.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
