The hotel offers 5 air-conditioned function rooms equipped with the latest in media technology, together with 2 executive conference lounges. These provide the ideal framework for events of all kinds. The hotel also offers a spacious, modern WellFit centre: professional fitness area with endurance and power sports machines on the 7th floor, which also features a sauna, steam bath, solarium and outdoor terrace.

Food & Beverages

The Restaurant Sonnin serves classic buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as international specialities. Watch the kitchen team at work in the show kitchen, which is set in the restaurant’s buffet area. The cosy Hamburger Stube spoils hotel guests and locals with imaginatively composed dishes from Hamburg and northern Germany. Look forward to a tasty combination of tradition and innovation. Set between the hotel lobby and Restaurant Sonnin, the Bar Lacoon is a popular meeting place. Enjoy classic drinks and cocktails as well as a daily selection of snacks and light meals. Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 10.00 per 24 hours.  Wired internet is available in the business centre and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast costs EUR 20.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
